HOW TO: SPRING INTO SUMMER WITH LEATHER

Pastel Leather Summer Trend, Leather, Limited Edition Chanel Boy bag, fashion bloggers

Our motto in life is NEVER be boring!!! – so when creating an outfit, we always go with our urge to add a dynamic quality or popping element that mixes things up and creates character and energy.  Real or faux, leather for summer transitioning to fall is a great way to do just this – taking a tough, supple and always edgy material but weaving it into the summer heat through brighter, lighter colors and more feminine cuts.

TIPS

1. Choose a shape that falls loosely away from the body, giving your skin room to breathe.

2. Stick to materials that have a  lighter weight than what you’d go for in winter.

3. Opt for neutral colors like beige, white, or even light pastels.

4.  Pair with something flowing – try a little cropped white leather jacket over a flowing long summer skirt.
